1. Partially. The labor costs did not trickle down but the machinery costs did with the upgrading to 2017. Some other problems occured at that time as well and is getting worked on. I did test a beta of a 2016 version which corrected both machinery and labor but lost the labor when going to 2017.

2.Glad you are narrowing it down for them. I did not observe those problems.
