We made a change in the software some time ago, where when printing PR checks, click the Check Setup button. There is an option to check called Print Total Hours worked on Payroll Checks. I suspect that option is not checked. You will get a separate line showing the Salary Qty. This option was added so we could have a total qty for employees doing piece rate or other types of pay besides hourly and overtime. Hope this make sense.
