So in 2016 you are the Landlord not tenant correct? For 2016 the field will be setup as Share Crop so you get the landlord tab from the Field Properties. On the landlord tab, you share in your project will only be 1/6th correct? So the Landlord will have two ( the Tenant for 66.66 percent and the second share going to the other owner for 16.67%. This leaving your share of costs and revenue as 16.67 %. Then in 2017 you are correct that the Landlord portion for the tenant share of 66.66 will be yours so all you have to do once all the 2016 records are closed and completed, you can go back to the Field Properties Landlord share and remove the Tentant Landlord from this window, leaving just the new owner share as 16.67 leaving you the balance.
