If just the purchase cost is what you are looking for, start by going to Accounting - GL-Cash Reports-GL Detail Report. Enter desired date range from upper left hand corner. If simply wanting total expenses for the seed costs, do not select any of the options on left. From the right scroll down to expenses and check the box for Seed Expense. Click Print. This report will display every transaction that has posted a seed purchase and giving you a total. Now, if you have not done a "Year End" process for 2015 or older there will be carry over balances. If this is the case instead of printing the GL Detail Report try selecting the GL Activity Report. This will give you the date range total in one column and a total/total column that adds in the carry over balance from other years.
