I apologize as this has likely been asked before but I cannot find what I am looking for when searching.
I am entering sales of crop and the problem I have is I am unsure how to enter Elevator charges such as drying or a crop checkoff. I need the deposit amount to be the same as the sales sheet and true deposit I get from the elevator. I also need the crop price to be accurate. For instance if I sold 10 bushels for $4 but had a $.10/bu charge my total deposit is $39. I don't want to show a deposit of $40 and then put an expense in for $1 as my deposit won't match my bank statement.
