Because you used the date of 2014 (BEFORE) the actual account year begins, could be why the inventory was not affected. Changing the date to 2015 should have corrected the issue, but since it did not remove the inventory qty amounts, edit those jobs again. Use the delete button to remove the supplies from the job completely. Click OK. Once all supplies not being removed from inventory are gone from job properties, click OK. Then edit the jobs again, and add the supplies back into the same jobs by using the Add Menu at top of Job properties and select Inputs. Open the Supplies and correct type option. Highlight the first supply name that was deleted before that shows with inventory and click OK. Enter the correct qty amounts. Repeat for each input that was deleted from job. When finished click OK.

Check your inventory reports again and see if the qty amounts have been removed.

If this does not correct the issue, go to the Red Barn tab. Open the Client and Farm. Right click on the field name and select Properties. From the Field Properties verify if setup as owned - cash rent or share crop. If share crop has been selected go to the Landlord Tab. Make sure ONLY the landlord share has been entered for their share crop percent. The Landlord tab should not total to 100% unless this is a custom Field you do not get a share percent from. If this is a custom job, it will not remove the qty from your inventory. When you record an invoice for the supplies they owe you money for, is when the inventory will be removed.

Hope this makes sense.
