unemployment error

For a time this year my state unemployment payment rate was entered incorrectly and so the calculated value in the program was not the same as the actual values for state unemployement that I paid. I corrected the rate when I found the error, but now that I have paid all the state unemployment for the year my accrual trail balance shows that I still owe state employment payable and my cash trail balance state employment payable shows that I have overpaid. The amount of state employment expense for year is the same value for cash and accrual. How can I correct the payable balance to reflect what was actually paid?

Thanks

Dick
