The best option to "undo" would be to restore a project backup from before the adjustments, other than that the only undo for an adjustment is to re-do the adjustment. If to adjusted to 0 but should have 1000 bushels you will need to enter a 1000 into the adjustment screen.

We are not really stealing beans from another year, you are just balancing the inventory out. For example when the adjustment was made for the entire amount of 1000 bushels there was only 300 in that particular location and the rest of the 700 bushels came from another location. So it would show a -700 in location A and 700 in location B but when viewing the total inventory report it would show 0 because the negative and the positive cancel each other out.
Do you have another location that shows the positive amount? If that is the case, you would need to use the Move harvested crop and transfer the positive amount in location b to location a. This will 0 out both location A and B.
