Combining Reports

I am wanting to start using FW for two different companies that I do the books for. They are two different companies but owned and operated by the same people. My question is, when I create reports can I combine the information from each of those companies so I get a whole farm view but can also separate them out to get reports for taxes on the two separate entities?
