Unemployment taxes

We are using version 2014.01015 and have completed payroll for the first week of Jan. However, the program is not figuring the unemployment taxes correctly. The correct rate has been entered and there are no exempt employees for either federal or state unemployment, but the program only computed both the federal and state unemployment tax on two out of nine employees. The unemployment report though lists all the employees and their correct wages. Would you know of a solution I might use.
