When recording the first check, click on the Structure button. Select new and type the desried description. Enter the dollar amount for first check and click OK. Write check, click OK. Record and Done. When posting the second check, use the same Structure button. This time select the same structure name from the drop down list enter the amount of the next check amount. Write Check and record. With Structures you can keep adding to the original cost - unlike equipment which can only be purchased one time.
