We purchased a combine in September 2012. Entries were made and the depreciation item set up. After the close of the of 2012 we elected to expense part of the purchase (headers, machine, and auto trac) as 179 expense. How do we adjust the basis? I expect the draw accounts will be utilized as part of some form of offset.
