From the project that is selling the Structure follow these steps

1. Go to Accounting - GL - Chart of Accounts.
2. Scroll to heading called Other Long Term Assets.
3. Right click on this heading and select Add Account.
4. Type Description such as A/R (your name) Loan.
5. Leave the Offset to NONE. Click OK.

Then we are ready to record the Structure Sale.

1. Go to Accounting - Income, Sales and Deposits - Record Income or Sales.
2. Purchaser will be you - enter correct date and descripiton.
3. Click onto the Structures button. Select the structure you purchased at correct price and click OK.
4. Click on the Other Sales and Expense Reductions button in same Items sold section.
5. Enter a negative dollar amount for same figure matching step 3. Change account on left to Other Accounts and highlight the account called A/R (your name) Loan and click OK.
6. Total Sales will be zero. Record and Done.

When ready to receive a loan payment from you to Farm, use the same Other Sales button. enter amount of payment received. Change account to other accounts and highlight the A/R Loan account name for you. Click OK. Then can deposit the money into correct account and OK. Record and Done.

Hope this helps!
