donation question

Every year we participate in a program where so many bushels of our production are donated to our local church. We don't claim the income because the donated product is actually sold in the churchs' name - much like a land lord. We don't want to set the church up as a landlord because each year, the percentages of their share may change. For example, last year, they recieved the actual bushes produced. This year, because of the drought, they got more than their normal percentage to sell in order to offset the Federal crop payments.
I can technically "sell" the bushels at a "$0" to account for the bushels, but this really skews the production numbers. Any thoughts as to how we can account for the donated bushels, with no income to us and yet keep our enterprise value accurate?
