Try going through these steps to correct:

1. Go to accounting-Inventory Maintenance-Adjust Livestock.
2. Click onto the Tools Menu and select Reset Livestock Purchase costs.

Usually when we see this message, for some reason the previous livestock sales removed too much of the original purchase cost from the Inventory Asset account. The above steps tries to reset those numbers. If this does not correct the problem, it would be best to call our Support Department at 800-282-4103 and the technician answering the call with help you with the correction process.
