Yes you can still do this by following these steps:

1. When in Record Income or Sales select the appropriate Purchaser-date and description.
2. Click on the Harvested Crop Sale button. Select the Commodity and location. Enter the qty removed for rent payment with correct dollar amount. Select the correct Allocation option and OK. This step will get the sale allocated to the correct crop enterprises and inventory reduced.
3. Click on the Other Sales and Expense reduction button. Enter a neg dollar amount to match from step 2, highlight the Corn Sales account. Leave allocation set to NONE. Click OK. This step will stop the crop sale from posting as income.
4. If same books are needing the deposit, click on the Family Living button. Select desired account name. Enter the same dollar amount used from step 2 again as a positive amount. Click OK.
5. Then you are ready to create the correct form of Deposit to desired account and click OK. Record.
