When I go to print from the invoices if I click on the invoice and then click on the payment it prints a statement and that is where it shows it doubled instead of showing one payment. For example the bill was for $10,000 the farm paid me $5,000 I put that down as a payment as we discussed. Now when I go to print a statement so they know how much is owed yet I click on the original invoice and click on the payment which should show that they owe $5,000 but instead it shows the invoice and on the payment it shows $5,000 as received on account - cash and $5,000 as undeposited cash receipts so at the end it shows a balance of $0 owed.
