When I receive a payment on a job I apply the payment and usually put the check down as for deposit. When I make a deposit in the bank thats when I deposit th e payment. The problem is when I go to print a statement of the job and the payment so they can see how much is owed yet it puts down the payment as received on account - cash and undeposited cash receipts so it double applies it to the bill this is after I have made the bank deposit.
