Allocating Overhead (revisited)

I'm trying to "clean up" some of my data. In printing out an enterprise statement for an "Overhead" equipment, I noticed that several years had values in the "Charged To" (crop enterprise) and "Qty" (acreage)columns with data but no data in the "per acre" or "Total" columns.

In the notes and/or jobs for the fields in the years with missing data, there are farming actions. The notations and jobs show that I farmed the fields with Overhead.

The years 1999, 2002, and 2007 have the missing data. Interestingly, these years are also missing some depreciation data for equipment.
Is there anyway to "fix" this?

**Edit** It would appear that these three years have missing data for most (if not all) equipment and some personnel. I recall having a mixup in with depreciation not getting allocated due to an error on my part in 1999. I have been very careful since then to be sure everything was completed before closing out a year. So, I'm stumped as to what happened to 2002 and 2007's data.
