Messed up transaction

Yesterday morning I recorded an equipment purchase transaction and printed the check. Today I noticed that it was not showing up on my account register. It shows up correctly with the right amount in the journal entry report, shows up in the depreciation and equipment report but has $0.00 assigned to it, and under transaction maintenance the J.E. # does not show up at all. Is there any way to void that journal entry and get that piece of equip off my deprecitation schedule? When I got home yesterday the computer was frozen. It's possible I had left farmworks open and the improper shutdown caused the error.
