The following will allow you to set up details for your land values for Market Value reporting purposes. From the Market Setup box....
1. Find the line that has your Land displayed on it and click on the yellow folder button to the left of the name.
2. The Market Detail box for land will be displayed with one line that says "Unexplained" with the cost of all land displayed.
3. In this area you can setup the detail for your different land parcels (or farms) that have different values. To add a line for a new farm select "Add Item" from the "Edit List" menu and type in the name of the farm. This name will be displayed on your supporting schedule for your Market Value Balance Sheet.
4. You will now have a line in the Market Detail where you can add the number of acres for the farm in the Qty column and add the Market Value (either Total or Unit/per acre).
5. To change the Unexplained line click in one of the columns for Unexplained and then select "Rename Item" from the "Edit List" menu. You can now change "Unexplained" so that it is instead a farm's name. Then enter the number of acres and market value.

By doing this the Market Value Supporting Schedule (printed at the end of the Market Value Balance Sheet) will give you a detail of your land with the size and value of each farm.
