You can do one of two things:
1. Set up a separate icon for each custom job that has a different rate and then when you pay for the custom work apply the costs to the appropriate icon.
or
2. Set up a single icon for all custom work. When you pay for the work instead of applying the cost to the icon apply it directly to the fields that the work was done to.

Both of these options will get the cost to the field, the only difference is that the first option will include the cost in the Equipment area of the enterprise statement and the second method shows it as an Other Cost.
