Kent,
I have recently found a way to keep the pipe supply configuration attributes the same between projects along with the printing changes you might have made for bigger maps and such.
1. What I do is take a project that has the colors and sizes I want and do a backup to my computer named blank farmworks.
2. Then I create a new project with the clients name.
3. Then before opening it I restore project selecting the new project and the blank farmworks backup.
4. Then once I am into that project I delete the old clients name (sometimes you might have to delete layers before you can delete the old client) and create a new client, farm, field. I do this before I send someone out into the field to rove it. Then when it comes back it is all named exactly how I want it and the pipe supply is the same for all my maps so my guys can follow one color for a size and I am not wasting time inputting it into farmworks. You could otherwise just read your job data if it has already been roved or installed.

Let me know if this helps.
