Once the WM topo data has been read into the Surface program, you will have a background layer called Topographic. Right click on the layer name and select Export. When the Export box displays, click on the drop down arrow for the File Type box and select Common Separated Value. Click the Browse button. Select desired Saved location and enter a file name and click Save. Click OK at the first Export screen. Hope this is what you are needing.
