After a tank mix is created on the Web, then what? Can you get it to show up on the FMX so it can be used as a material?

I have customers that are using 2-4 different tank mixes which show up on Dashboard all with Material = SPRAYER:liquid. When Processed into Farm Works with Office Sync it is impossible to tell which tank mix is which, as the only linker screen that comes up is for Supplies. The Events are named Tank Mix 1 , 2, 3, 4 but I can't see the job names when processing with Office Sync. If I have them download into an AgGPS file and then read them in I can see the details and link to the correct tank mix in Farm Works. Is there any way to see more details on jobs being processed using Office Sync, other than watching the info flash across the bottom of the screen?

Also, once read into Farm Works from a CF device, apparently you can't Add the correct Tank Mix to the Job Properties adjust the quantities and then delete the incorrect tank mix from the Job Properties. I get mixed results (dropped ingredients, doubled quantities, etc) once saved.
