I just went out and completed a new Scouting job, while logged in as myself but also in a customer's organization. I chose a the correct Client , Farm and Field, Crop Season, etc. Finished the job and it sent. I see the job in the Customer's CF Dashboard, but it is not showing up in his Farm Works project in the Connected Farm section. I have tried logging into the CF account in FW both as myself and choosing the customer's organization and also as the customer. Nothing.

What am I doing wrong?

Is there a User's Guide for the Scout app and using it in Farm Works?
