Process inbox and Reset Files

We are using Connected Farm to transfer GreenSeeker/NDVI data from a Yuma using Farm Works Mobile to Farm Works office.

When I opened the project in Office and logged into the Connected Farm account to see if any data was transferred over night, I saw there were 6 files in the Inbox. I selected the device and pressed "Process Inbox" but nothing seemed to happen except that the number of files in the Inbox now said 0 instead of 6. No files seemed to be imported (no linker screens or import screens appeared). Any reason why this might happen?

In trying to figure out what what going on, I right-clicked on the device and saw there was an option to "Reset Files" but could not find any information about what that option does. Can you explain?
