Retrieving map in Office

I created a boundary using the Connected Farm Scout app on an iPhone. I successfully sent the boundary. It shows up in Myconnected Farm and the new Dashboard. When trying to retrieve the map in Farm Works Office, I have the device showing in the map tab with Inbox=1, Outbox=0 and Device Inbox=0. I go into Account Setup, enter the SSO, all is okay. When I go to Process Inbox nothing happens. Where am I going wrong?
