Here's what to do:
1. Set up your mating so that it triggers the dried off event.
2. You can then set the dried off event to trigger the give birth event in 60 days.
3. When you record a mating, the expected dried off date will show up on the calendar.
4. When the cow is dried off, you can go to the calendar and right-click on the expected dried off event and choose the option for "Event Completed". This will schedule the expected birth date 60 days later.
