You can follow the same steps on how to create a new area layer as stated previously.

1. Once the field boundary has been copied to the new area layer, click SAVE.
2. Locate the first 200 foot starting point for the field with the measure tool. Click the Split Line tool button and create the first line as stated in previous steps.
3. Then switch to the Buffer tool. Hold down on the Ctrl Key and left click on this new line only. Right click and select Buffer Polygon. Enter 2 for feet and 1 for the Quantity. Click OK.
4. Since it is only a 2 foot strip you will need to zoom in to see this polygon. Click Save.
5. Once again, use the Buffer Tool, hold down on the Ctrl key again and left click on the next outside line to create the 200 spacing, right click and select Buffer Polygon. This time enter the 200 ft and qty 1 click OK. Click Save
6. Repeat this step alternately for the 2 ft and then the 200 feet until we have covered the entire area.
7. Click Save and Close when finished.

The key is zooming to that outside line to create the next buffer strip. Hope this makes sense.
