Sorry for the confusion. Let's verify that map if any we see on the boundary layer. Remove all layers from Display. When going to section beneath the Map screen, select the layers tab. Go to the View box and make sure the Field Boundaries option is highlighted. Now from the Red Barn Tab on left, highlight the field name (has a green patchwork square icon). Now go back to the Map Tab, do you see a shaded map for this field?
