The internal GPS accuracy is what it is, no setting to change this. Accuracy of external GPS units depend upon the type of receiver that is being used. Some only have accuracy of 3 to 5 meters, but others could be more accurate.

When you purchased the Yuma 2, there was an option to purchase a connector to go from USB to 9 pin serial. If you purchased that connector, your RTK antenna should plug into that.
Within mobile you would just need to select correct com port that was assigned to the USB port on that Yuma, as well as the baud rate your RTK receiver is outputting data at.
