Hello I have a customer who has a GeoXT handheld unit.
He is on Comm 7 Baud 38400
He is on Auto Scroll and Zoom, Boundary or Path (is the same reaction from the GeoXT), Automatic
When so far he has only mapped on foot, but there seems to be a delay for the unit to map his lines.
When he walking along about every second the unit will map which is very bad for curves on his maps and boundary's and maze lines.
Auto Logging is set to
Min. Time 0 Seconds
Min. Distance 0 Feet
even when marked to larger numbers the unit mapped the same way.
What are the settings to get the GeoXT to create a nice smooth map lines like the Nomad 900's do, no matter how fast you walk?
