If the question is going to be can you use Mobile to log from an EM38-DD then the answer is yes! Also an older EM38RT or the newer EM38 Mk2.
Here are the answers to the most common questions with EM38...
1. You get a great real-time colour map of the EM38 data on the screen,
2. You can automatically assign offsets between the location of the EM38 and the GPS antenna
3. You can log data at up to 5Hz.
4. You can display real-time readings on the screen in a big font so you know it is working correctly
5. You need 2 serial ports on your logging computer. One for the GPS and one for the EM38. Alternatively the internal GPS in the either the Nomad or Yuma will work with the EM38 plugged into the built in serial connector.
