VR operation - turning off logging automatically without implement switch

We used the PF3000 & Raven 450 last year to VR a dry spreader truck, a dry air cart and our planter population. In all cases all we used was the boom switch. In our case we use a remote rocker switch mounted on the arm rest console of the tractor. The master boom switch on the Raven does the same thing. In all cases we did nothing more than controll the Raven and the PF3000 somehow knew when to turn the log on & off. I know in harvest mode on the combine the PF3000 will stop logging two different ways. If the header is raised the header switch will stop logging or when the mass flow sensor goes to zero data quits logging. We have been going full bore in the field so have not had time to study the Raven manual to see if it says anything about what it reports in its data string.
