Here are a few things to check:

1. Go back into Farm Site and load the layer that you are working with (probably the soil test layer). Make sure that it is the only layer being displayed then do a “Zoom All” and make sure you can see the points. If not the layer is probably blank in Farm Site and you’ll need to recreate it.
2. Export the layer as a Shape File again.
3. If you are using a different computer or a CE device, recopy the shape file. Remember that shape files actually consist of three files (with a .shp, .shx and .dbf file extension). You will need to copy all three of these files.
4. Load the file as a background map in Site Mate.
5. Before hooking GPS up in Site Mate, be sure to do a “Zoom All” to see if the points appear.
6. If the points still are not visible, try going to the “Configure” tab and go to “Display” area and select the “Points” option. Make sure you have a reasonable size and color selected for the points.

This should result in the points being displayed in Site Mate.
