We need to test to see if the problem is with your project data, or issue on your computer with the installed FODD's. Start by creating a new blank project and setup a new C/F/F and then try to complete the Write Job Data process, making sure to have the export varieties checked, even though this project does not have any. If you still get the crash, then go to the Help menu and select check for updates. At bottom check the box to show all available components. The only item I want checked is Voyager II (even though it will show the available and installed for the same version. Click OK. When download is complete, click OK at the message to close the program. Physical close the software, If you have a current project backup then you can answer no to making a new backup, otherwise should make a new one. An install window will display. Click Install button. Since you have that current FODD installed, it will state that and give you some options. Select you want to remove the Voyager II driver.

Then click this link to install a newer FODD for Voyager II and also the FODM Runtime driver.

Then can open the Office Software and original project that is crashing and test the Write Job Data process again.
