We are aware of the issue and has been reported for correction. I cannot give a time frame on when it will be back up and running. For now you can still use the Get Aerial Imagery as a work around. If needing a reminder, or a new user reading this post here are the steps to follow:

1. Go to the Map Tab. Display the Boundary layer or other background layer. Right click and select Get Aerial Imagery.
2. Enter a name for the image file.
3. Select the desired Click Point option.
4. Select the image size with the slide bar. Remember the larger the resolution the larger map area of imagery you will receive. However, when zooming into a large resolution map, the imagery will become more distorted, so most will use a smaller number.
5. From the right hand side, select the desired Location the image layer will be saved.
6. Click OK.
