I just Read into TAS ver. 2017 some 2016 yield data from an FMX. It is from a field with 1344 total acres, the job properties show 13 different "Regions" with a total of 7,703 acres. The bu/ac figure is 68.55 on the first Region which says the Area Farmed is 142 acres , the next Region says 30.76 bu and 294 acres, the next 8.92 bu on 339 acres and the next 14 bu on 439 acres and so on, with each successive Area Farmed increasing and the yield bouncing around with ridiculously low values.
The Map Report shows an average yield of 8.5 bu/ac on 7703 acres. If I select all the data points and click on the "i" button it shows an average dry yield of 66 bu/ac. If I select each Region and click on the "i" button, I get average yield that are all in the 50-70 bu range.
It seems the program is cumulating the acres for each Region and calculating the bu/ac in Job Properties by dividing the Total Dry Quantity by the cumulated acres instead of the actual acres farmed for that Region, that bogus yield information is then used in the Map Report.
This is making all the Map Reports of the yield data useless. I am not sure if this a problem with TAS or with the FMX setup.
I can email you the data if you would like.
PS For some reason the font formatting above isn't working for me . I tried to bold and underline some text but got [b] and [u] instead.
