Brad and Dusty,

You may need to close the program. Open Windows or File Explore. Open the C:Drive\Program Files X86\Common Files\ and delete the Crystal Decision folder. Then install the TAS Desktop Full install again. This places a new Crystal Decision Folder on your computer again and see if this resolves the issue. Dusty, I have sent you an email as well.
