You need to edit the enterprise boundary map to reflect the respective crops.
In the case of the wheat enterprise, if you have actual seeding data from a monitor it should give you the coverage map to correspond to these acres, otherwise it would be a hand draw excercise.
If doing it all by hand;
Create your wheat crop enterprise, right click on this and edit the boundary to just the portion of the field that it concerns. Save and close.
Create the corn enterprise for the field as well.
View the wheat enterprise again, right click on the wheat enterprise boundary and select copy.
Right click on the corn enterprise, select edit boundary, right click on the corn enterprise map, select Paste Subtraction, and the wheat portion should disappear.
Save and close.
Now you should have truer enterprise maps corresponding to the crops.
