For now you will need to correct your tank mixes manually. This could have happened in the previous version not the current one. Go to the Input tab, open supplies and then the heading for the Tank Mix. divRight click and select properties. Here you will need to correct what is wrong and click OK.

For the John Deere, I cannot say what to do on the console itself. I recommend you contact your dealer to verify if this means Seeds = Population or if they now need the RX map rates to be in kiloseed rates. Once you know you can then modify your Seed Supply properties for the distributed unit and then enter the correct math conversion. So if you do need kiloseed, select this from the distributed drop down. But instead of entering 80000 (if a corn seed) you would enter 80 (80000 divided by 1000). Otherwise if it means the same as population you should be able to leave the properties alone. Find out for sure it the console will convert population into Seeds.
