It almost sounds as though your Crop Enterprise has been retired and hidden from View. Click on the View Menu found in upper left hand corner. Make sure all 4 items are checked. Then from the Red Barn, open that Client/Farm and Field name you are missing the job for. I suspect you will see the crop enterprise with an asterisk. If so, right click and Un-retire. Now click the plus sign to open. This is where you will probably see your multiple harvest jobs that have been imported, causing your harvested qty amounts to increase. After highlighting the Crop enterprise name all these jobs are found from check the box at the Top of the red barn tab called Filter Jobs by selection. Then go to the jobs tab. Listed will be all the duplicate imported harvested jobs. Hold down on the CTRL key and left click on all the duplicate jobs (make sure to leave one for keeping). Once all unwanted jobs are highlighted, right click and select Delete.
