Dan,

Let's open Computer or windows explore. Open the drive for the USB. Tell me again exactly what file name you see listed? If it is just the (file Name).cn1 you do not select the box called open Zip from the Read Job Data process. If you do see the file name.cn1.zip lets try and extract that file. Also when you open the file name. cn1 you have the combine,logs, and shared folder, and the index.vy1? Within Farm Works, tell me what data driver you have installed by going to Help - check for updates. May need to check the box to Show all available components.
