Separating Planting Data for Dryland and Irrigated

I'm wondering if it is possible to separate jobs after they have been completed into two crop enterprises? We have a farm where we will be planting both the irrigated and dry land portions to cotton. We will farm them all together, but for accounting purposes we would like to have separate enterprises of Dryland Cotton and Irrigated Cotton. Will the creation of crop boundaries automatically split the job data if the job was included under each enterprise?
Thanks!
