The number represents the number of seconds since midnight (UTC) on January 1, 1970. Basically that's the way that all computer programs store dates/times. The link above is a good link for conversion. Here's another:

Farm Works actually already takes this conversion into account when reading data. Most data reported by displays is stored in this format and Farm Works converts the data when it is read into the software.
