Can you find these enterprises in the tree on the left? You may have to look into every client, farm, field, unassigned, etc. to find them.
Once you find them in the tree, if you right click on them, is Delete an option?

If Delete is not an option, is there a "+" sign next to them, indicating jobs associated with them? If so, open(+) this enterprise and delete the jobs by right clicking and selecting Delete. Once all the jobs are deleted then the delete should be an option for the enterprise.

Make sure you want to delete these jobs before doing so. You may want to just move these jobs to the correct enterprise by right clicking on them, selecting Properties, and change the location for these jobs (edit the job properties). Or do as Kathy suggests and merge.

Once everything is cleared out of the enterprise, if Delete is not an option, "Retire" may be your best bet for not seeing them again.

Hopefully helpful,
