As long as both computers are being used for the same farm there is no problem using Farm Works on both. However, when you install the program to the second machine be sure to enter your User Name exactly the same way that you entered it on the first machine (capitalization is important). You can then enter the same registration numbers that you used on the first machine. If you don't have these registration numbers call or e-mail our support department (phone - (219)488-3492 E-mail - farmwork@farmworks.com).

The best way to transfer data between the two machines is to make a backup on one machine and then restore the backup on the second machine.

One word of warning though, when you make a backup from one machine and restore it to the second, do not do any work on the first machine while you are working on the second. The reason is that when you restore the backup from the second machine it will completely overwrite the data on the machine that you are restoring to and any work entered on that machine that was not previously backed up will be lost.
