If you're using Farm Funds and there were supplies used, you can go to the Accrual Journal Entry Report (Accounting - General Ledger - Accrual Reports - Journal Entry Report) and print this for the last journal entry. Farm Funds makes a journal entry for supply usage that includes the name of the supply and the quantity (and cost).

Otherwise, I'd go with Mitch's suggestion about a backup. If you've done a lot since the last backup, here's what you can do:

1. Go to Project Selection and create a new project (maybe call it "Test").
2. Restore the backup to the "Test" project.
3. Go into this project and find the job in the "Job"tab.
4. Right-click on the job and select "Export" and export the job as an "FODM XML File".
5. Go to your real project and select the "Read Job Data" button and select "Generic Import" then select "FODM XML" and select the file.

This will bring just this job into you real project.

When you're all done you can delete the "Test" project.

I hope this helps!
