This "average cost" is where I think alot of problems come from when billing landlords. I feel that one should set up a seperate supply for for each input that relates to each landlord. I know this makes for a long list of supplies, but if you want to differentiate different costs with different people, we have to mark each supply seperately.
I know you have a quick work-around for this now by selecting the supply under the landlord side of the transaction and setting the the charge amount here. Maybe you should make this step a FAQ.
